The print is made using the DTF technique

Making prints using the DTF method is a multi-stage process performed using specially modified printers and water paints.

First, we need to print the graphics on a special PET film.

The next step is to cover the still wet print with a powder that performs three functions - it is an adhesive, a primer and an activator in one.

Then, the foil with the print prepared in this way must be dried using an oven or a special thermal transfer press - this is where the process of connecting the glue with the ink takes place. The last step is the application of a properly dried product on the fabric.

Advantages of ink-jet prints:

- Very vivid, intense and saturated colors - often their quality is better than in the case of DTF printing.

- DTF prints are much more durable and flexible than DTG prints.

- Prints on the fabric are smooth and barely perceptible to the touch.

- Another advantage of DTF transfers is the possibility of application not only on cotton fabrics, but also on polyester and various other blends.

- No restrictions when it comes to the decorated product - with the help of an appropriate thermal press, graphics can be placed almost anywhere, including even baseball caps - in the case of DTG prints, it is impossible on the finished product.

- Graphics can be printed in advance and applied to a given fabric according to your needs.

- You can sell the transfers themselves and send them to customers who will heat them themselves on any clothing.

- Regardless of the color of the fabric and its composition, the price for the print remains the same.
