FAQ Tab (Frequently Asked Questions)

1. What determines the price of marking clothes and textiles?

The price of marking clothing and textiles depends on various factors. Both in the case of computer embroidery, screen printing and digital printing, it depends on:

  • type of graphics (number of colors, complexity of graphics),

  • the size of the graphics to be placed on the products,

  • effort.

Before marking, each project should be prepared in a dedicated graphic program, therefore the cost of preparing the embroidery program (in the case of computer embroidery) or preparing the matrix for printing (in the case of screen printing) is included in the valuation.

The advantage of computer embroidery is the one-time cost of preparing the embroidery program for the first order. If in subsequent orders, the graphics will not change, this cost will be skipped.

In the case of computer embroidery, it is recommended that the customer provide graphics in vector format (for the best quality embroidery program). Less recommended, but acceptable, is graphics, e.g. JPG, PDF.

In the case of screen printing, it is necessary for the customer to provide graphics only in vector format . In the case of screen printing, the cost of one matrix is equal to one color in the ordered graphics (1 matrix = 1 color in the logo). The cost of making the matrix will be included in each order.

In the case of DTF digital thermal transfer printing, the customer will provide graphics only in vector format . In the case of direct digital printing on clothing, DTG is best in vector format , but it can also be JPG, BMP, PNG.

2. For whom is computer embroidery recommended, and for whom is screen printing recommended?

Computer embroidery is the most prestigious and durable method of marking. It is recommended especially for products that we want to use repeatedly, which will serve as the company's showcase for a long time. Computer embroidery is also recommended for products that will be subjected to repeated washing, also at high temperature, e.g. on clothing for employees, workwear, hotel, catering or medical textiles. Embroidery is not recommended on thin fabrics (e.g. polyester).

Screen printing is a method recommended for thin materials, both in the case of polyester and cotton fabrics. The use of screen printing is very wide and is not limited only to clothing, which is why this method is often chosen when marking clothing along with other promotional materials for various types of events and organized events.

DTG digital printing and DTF thermal transfer The most cost-effective method, the DTF printing method is ideal for smaller, personalized orders and for decorations requiring the presence of various elements in different places on the fabric. This method of printing also gives you the opportunity to prepare the print in advance and save it for later use. There is also an option to send customers the print itself, so that they can weld it into the selected item of clothing

3. From what quantity can marking be made?

There is a possibility of marking from one piece, both for screen printing and computer embroidery. However, you should take into account the cost of preparing the marking project, which is constant regardless of the effort. For small quantities, we recommend digital printing

In the case of a smaller number of orders, a lump sum is charged.

For computer embroidery, the lump sum is from 1 to 6 pieces of marking. This means that regardless of whether you order embroidered products for one or five pieces, the price will be the same. Only when ordering a minimum of 7 pieces of marking, an individual valuation is made.

For screen printing, the lump sum is from 1 to 100 pcs of marking. There are two price thresholds here: a lump sum from 1 to 50 pieces and a second price threshold from 51 to 100 pieces. Individual pricing is for orders from 101 pieces of marking.

For DTG digital overprint and DTF thermal transfer, I don't have a lump sum, we do it from 1 pc.

4. How long does it take to make a marking order?

From the moment of posting the payment, the marking time is 10 days. For orders with marking it is necessary to pay in advance before starting its implementation. In the case of permanent cooperation, it is possible to negotiate for the deferment of payment.
