Embroidery Software: Communicating with the Embroidery Machine
Even the most advanced embroidery machines require a special file saved in a format suitable for them. When we receive a vector file with a logo, graphic, or text, our designer needs to transform it into a format understandable for the machine. Arranging stitches, their type, density – all of these actions need to be done manually. Logos are not always simple shapes or fonts. Often, preparing the embroidery program takes several hours.
Fortunately for the customer, this is a one-time fee. For subsequent orders, if the logo remains identical in terms of graphics and size, there is no additional charge for the embroidery software.
All the necessary materials for preparing the design (embroidery software, matrices) remain within our company. We do not provide them to clients for further use.
